Five students from each school will receive award ribbons, with first place being recognized, thanks to sponsorship from Seven Ranges Entertainment. The Top of West Virginia Arts Council aims to promote visual arts in the region, with exhibitions occurring every two months at the gallery. This initiative fosters a greater appreciation for the artistic talents of youth in Brooke and Hancock counties.
