The conference aims to strengthen relationships between students and advisers, equipping them to lead their chapter throughout the school year. SkillsUSA serves over 442,000 high school, college, and middle school students, along with professional members enrolled in training programs, underscoring its broad impact on career and technical education. Participants from the JDRCC Chapter included Olaniyi Jones, Marleigh O’Brien, Austin Bailey, Bradan Beegle, Riley Straight, and Dawson Evans.

Leadership development is critical in preparing students for future roles in various industries.
