Great Trail Festival and Farm Market coming to Malvern

The Great Trail Festival and Farm Market is set for Aug. 23-24 and Aug. 30-Sept. 1 in Malvern, showcasing old-time entertainment and activities. Attendees will experience a recreation of the French and Indian era, along with artisans demonstrating 18th-century crafts.

The festival includes performances by Appalachian musicians and Scottish pipers, ensuring a lively atmosphere. Notably, the State of Ohio Tomahawk Throwing Championship will occur on Sept. 1 at 1 p. m. Admission is priced at $8 for adults, $7 for seniors, and $5 for youth aged 12-18, while children under 12 can attend for free.

A diverse array of food options will be available, including ham and bean soup, buffalo burgers, and funnel cakes.
