Police reports

Toronto, OHLocal News

Steubenville police tackled several incidents over the weekend, starting with three juveniles causing problems at Wal-Mart, who were later identified and banned from the store. In a domestic dispute, officers found two brothers fighting after one expressed frustration over the other's guests, including concerns about safety. The older brother claimed recent visitors had threatened him with a gun, but both siblings chose not to pursue charges. Police issued a theft summons to Jennifer Day, 41, for attempting to leave Wal-Mart with unpaid items. In a separate incident, police responded to a possible overdose in a parking lot, where the individual admitted to meth use but did not require emergency medical assistance.

Officers also dealt with a trespassing complaint involving a woman who claimed residency at a man's home, but he disputed her claims. The police informed both parties that the situation was civil, not criminal. These incidents reflect ongoing community concerns regarding juvenile behavior and domestic disputes in Steubenville.
