Several communities in the region plan fireworks displays over the holiday weekend, beginning with Wells Township on Thursday at dusk. Steubenville will feature a display at Historic Fort Steuben on Friday, coinciding with shows in Wellsburg and Chester at 10 p. m. Kennywood amusement park will host fireworks on both Friday and Saturday nights, attracting many visitors. Tappan Lake will also have a display at 10 p.

m. on Friday, providing additional options for residents. Weirton's fireworks will take place at dusk on Saturday at the Weirton Event Center, while Toronto will follow with a show at 10 p. m. near the city water plant.

The final scheduled fireworks display is in Cadiz on July 12 at Sally Buffalo Park. These events are anticipated to draw large crowds and foster community spirit throughout the region.
