Harmony Public Schools nearing completion at City Place

Harmony Science Academy – City Place will open on August 13, welcoming approximately 430 students for its inaugural year. The school is part of Harmony Public Schools, Texas' largest charter system, which has 76 campuses statewide. Construction of the first phase, which serves Pre-K through sixth grade, is nearly complete, with a middle and high school planned for future development starting in 2027. Founding Principal Elyse Pravel, a Harmony alumna with extensive experience in the system, is eager to create a vibrant learning environment. Harmony’s emphasis on STEM education and character development has led to a 100% college acceptance rate for its students.

The new City Place campus is situated in a sustainable community, designed to be pedestrian-friendly and accessible. By 2032, the school aims to enroll 800 students, culminating in its first high school graduating class. With ongoing applications for students and staff, the school encourages community involvement through events and tours.
