Plush Nail Bar is set to open a new location at Grogan’s Mill Village Center, offering a range of services including manicures, pedicures, and eyelash enhancements. Owner Cindy Phan, a Vietnamese immigrant who started her first salon on Woodlands Parkway in 2017, aims to create a welcoming environment for her customers. She emphasizes community involvement by donating a portion of sales to local charities like Interfaith of The Woodlands. The salon plans to celebrate customers' birthdays and special occasions while providing high-quality nail treatments. The grand opening is scheduled for September, with operating hours from 9 a.

m. to 7 p. m. on weekdays and reduced hours on weekends. Plush Nail Bar has seven locations throughout the Greater Houston area, signifying its growth since its inception.

Phan's commitment to customer service and community support reflects her vision of the American dream. The new location will join other retailers at Grogan’s Mill Village Center, enhancing the shopping experience for local residents.
