MCSO recovers Stolen Vehicle and arrests Two in The Woodlands

On October 27, 2025, deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua Culver, 41, and Stephanie Balderas, 34, for felony theft after locating a stolen vehicle at Pinecroft Shopping Center. The suspects were taken into custody without incident and are being held at the Montgomery County Jail. The vehicle was reported stolen from Lee County, Mississippi, and the Montgomery County Auto Theft Unit is actively investigating the case. The coordinated response involved multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Shenandoah Police Department, showcasing effective collaboration in crime reduction efforts. Additional charges may arise as investigations continue, reflecting a commitment to addressing auto theft in the area.
