Grand Central Park food drive returns Nov. 1-15

Grand Central Park invites the Conroe community to participate in its food drive from November 1-15, aiming to alleviate food insecurity among local families. Residents can drop off non-perishable food items at two locations: The Lake House and The Finding Place. The requested items include boxed grains, canned meats, fruits, and healthy snacks, all essential for families in need. The Lake House is open for donations daily from 9 a. m.

to 5 p. m. , while The Finding Place operates Monday to Saturday from 10 a. m. to 5 p.

m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p. m. This initiative highlights the community's commitment to supporting its most vulnerable members. Grand Central Park's food drive aligns with similar efforts across the country to combat hunger, especially during the holiday season.
