Investigators found hidden recording devices in the ceilings of two unisex restrooms at Memorial Hermann Hospital's Woodlands Campus. So far, eight victims have been identified, but detectives are actively searching for more individuals affected by this incident. The investigation highlights serious privacy violations in healthcare environments, prompting a call for vigilance among hospital staff and visitors. Victims who used the restrooms in August 2025 are urged to contact authorities via a designated email.

Detectives are meticulously analyzing digital files to gather more information. This case underscores the importance of safeguarding personal privacy in public facilities. As the situation evolves, the Sheriff's Office continues to prioritize victim identification and support.
