Child Advocates of Montgomery County hosts Fourth Annual Cornament, raising funds for children and families in crisis

Over 150 participants gathered for the fourth annual Cornament on October 12, 2025, hosted by Child Advocates of Montgomery County at B52 Brewing Company in Conroe. The event featured a bracket-style cornhole tournament with 50 competing teams, fostering community engagement and friendly rivalry. Guests enjoyed live music, food trucks, and a Family Fun Area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all ages. Child Advocates President & CEO Ann Marie Ronsman emphasized how the event brings hope to vulnerable children through volunteer advocacy. Sponsors like the Chesmar Foundation and Woodforest National Bank contributed to the event's success, ensuring that funds raised directly support families in crisis.

Award winners included Justin & Austin for first place and ProDirectional for best dressed. Ronsman expressed gratitude to the community for their continued support, stating, “Our volunteers are changing lives, one child at a time.
