Day of Caring Community-Wide Food Drive celebrates Interfaiths 52 Years of Service
Interfaith of The Woodlands will host a Day of Caring food drive on October 23, 2025, from 9 a. m. to 2 p. m. at 4242 Interfaith Way, The Woodlands, Texas.
The community is encouraged to gather teams to collect non-perishable food items for the Interfaith Food Pantry. President & CEO Missy Herndon highlighted the organization's founding principle of neighbors helping neighbors as it marks 52 years of service. The Interfaith Food Pantry serves thousands of individuals experiencing food insecurity each month. Donations collected during the Day of Caring will help sustain pantry operations through the holiday season and beyond. Participants can deliver items to Interfaith on the designated day after collecting them from various drop-off points.
For a list of current pantry needs, community members can visit Interfaith's website. The event aims to foster community spirit while addressing local food insecurity.
