Harris County ESD 11 Mobile Healthcare adds two new 24-hour stations to the community

Harris County ESD 11 has launched two new ambulance stations to improve emergency medical services across northern Harris County. Station 411, located at 18334 Stuebner Airline Road in Spring, and Station 412, in collaboration with the Ponderosa Fire Department at 21455 Imperial Valley Drive in Houston, will operate 24/7. Chief Operations Officer Kevin Nutt highlighted that these additions are strategically placed to enhance response times and ensure community needs are met. The district serves over 700,000 residents across a 177 square mile area and receives more than 65,000 calls each year. HCESD 11 is renowned for its rapid response and high patient satisfaction, ranking among the best EMS services nationally.

The Harris County Emergency Services District 11 Communication Center has also earned an ACE Accreditation, signifying excellence in emergency dispatch services. This expansion underscores the commitment to providing comprehensive emergency care without compromise. The new stations aim to further improve community health outcomes by ensuring timely medical response.
