Crawfish Cafe partners with Karbach to launch Bites Brews for football season

Crawfish Cafe has partnered with Karbach Brewing Co. to launch Bites & Brews: Tailgate Classics, a monthly pop-up series that merges Monday Night Football with Texas craft beer and Viet-Cajun cuisine. Kicking off on September 15, the series will travel across five Crawfish Cafe locations, culminating in a special event for the Super Bowl. Attendees can savor Karbach’s new lager alongside a Game Day Pack, which includes spicy hot wings, Cajun fries, and other signature dishes. Special Monday pricing features a bucket of six Karbach beers for $10 and single beers for $2.

Kiet Duong, Owner of Crawfish Cafe, highlights the initiative's goal to foster community through food and football. The events will also feature Karbach team members offering tastings and branded swag. This collaboration aims to enhance the local football experience and introduce Houstonians to bold Viet-Cajun flavors. Bites & Brews promises to become a new game-day tradition for fans in Houston.
