Montgomery County Sheriffs Offices SWAT Team makes Multiple Arrests

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team arrested four suspects over two days, addressing serious felony charges. Severo Garcia, 43, was arrested on July 18, 2025, on an active warrant for felony online solicitation of a minor at Texas Children’s Hospital – Katy. On July 21, 2025, the team apprehended Samantha Ponce, 26, and Duronda Essie Parish, 33, both charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Additionally, Brandon Michael Nall Jacobson, 22, was arrested on the same day for indecency with a child involving sexual contact. These arrests reflect the Sheriff's Office's commitment to public safety and crime prevention in Montgomery County.
