Chevron Phillips Chemical (CPChem) opened its new 360,000 square foot global headquarters in The Woodlands today, coinciding with its 25th anniversary. The six-story building consolidates 900 employees from three different offices into a single modern location designed for sustainability, adhering to LEED certification standards. President and CEO Steve Prusak highlighted the significance of the new headquarters as a symbol of the company's growth and dedication to its customers. The facility features office space, a parking garage, and outdoor recreational courts, which promote employee well-being and collaboration. More than 400 employees, customers, suppliers, and community members attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony, showcasing strong community engagement.

CPChem plans to enhance local biodiversity by using native plants, which will reduce water consumption and maintenance needs. The building's design includes outdoor lighting fixtures that minimize light pollution, reflecting the company's commitment to responsible design choices. As a leader in olefins and polyolefins production, CPChem continues to invest in sustainable practices while supporting local economic growth.
