Firefighter flown to hospital after being hit by fan at The Woodlands fire station, department says

The incident occurred while he was performing routine checks on a fire truck. After the accident, LifeFlight airlifted Rigoni to the hospital for immediate medical attention. The Woodlands Fire Department confirmed that it is following established protocols for handling on-duty injuries. Local law enforcement, including Constable Mark Herman's Office, is involved in the investigation of the incident.
