City Closures Planned for Juneteenth

Spokane City Hall will close on June 19 for Juneteenth, honoring the emancipation of enslaved Black Americans. Spokane Municipal Court, Community Justice Services, and all public library branches will also close. On-street parking meters will not require payments, but time limits still apply.
