As the crowd diminished, officers warned participants to stay within permitted areas to prevent traffic disruptions. Dispersal orders were issued around 8:44 p. m.

after some demonstrators resisted leaving the roadways, resulting in 11 arrests, including one for malicious mischief. Chief Kevin Hall emphasized the department's dedication to protecting constitutional rights while ensuring community safety. Spokane Pride's Executive Director, Matthew Danielson, expressed satisfaction with the event's overall success. SPD refuted claims of a curfew and clarified that no evacuations were ordered at River Park Square Mall.
