Suspects in Custody, Two Firearms Recovered, After Early Morning Drive-by Shooting

Spokane police arrested suspects Zachary Gring, 32, and Allie Alderson, 26, following a drive-by shooting incident early this morning. Gring allegedly shot at a house and car owned by an acquaintance. Officers linked this shooting to a previous incident where Gring fled from police. Alderson was apprehended shortly after Gring, facing charges including drive-by shooting and possession of a stolen firearm. Gring was booked on several counts, including unlawful possession of a firearm and attempted eluding.

The police received tips from vigilant citizens, aiding in the swift arrests. Surveillance footage played a crucial role in identifying the suspects. The investigation is ongoing, with further charges expected as the case develops.
