Flags Lowered for Representative Frank Chopp

A memorial service for Chopp is set for June 1 at 2 p. m. at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue. Residents are encouraged to participate by lowering flags outside their homes and businesses. Chopp's legacy as a dedicated public servant will be remembered by many.
