The Homeless Coalition Meeting will be held on June 5 at The Gathering House, located at 733 W. Garland Ave. Following this, the Division Street BRT Roundtable is scheduled for June 6 at the Ruby River Hotel, beginning at 10:00 a. m. The Audubon-Downriver Neighborhood Council is hosting a series of concerts at Audubon Park, starting with the Lilac City Community Band on July 10.

On July 17, John Wayne Williams and Art Baker will perform, followed by Gil Rivas on July 24. These concerts aim to promote local talent and strengthen community bonds. The coalition meetings focus on addressing homelessness in the region, a pressing social issue. The events are designed to encourage public participation and awareness in local matters. Residents are urged to take part in these opportunities to connect with their community.
