John C. Palmer, 32, was arrested on April 25, 2025, for domestic violence charges and a Department of Corrections warrant after making threats against two individuals in Spokane. Police received a call from a concerned relative reporting that Palmer was threatening to kill the victim and destroy property. Officers faced initial challenges in contacting the victim but eventually forced entry into the residence to ensure the safety of the two individuals. Both victims were treated for injuries by medics at the scene.

Palmer now faces serious charges, including 2nd Degree Assault DV and 1st Degree Kidnapping DV.
