The winning artist will receive $100 and have their cover placed near their home, contributing to the community for generations. Designs should reflect the ecology and landscapes of the Inland Northwest, and must be suitable for casting in high contrast, black and white. Submissions are due by 11:59 p.

m. on May 30, 2025, and can be entered online or mailed to a specified address. The evaluation will involve staff from the Wastewater Management Department and community representatives. This initiative not only beautifies the city but also promotes environmental awareness among students. The contest exemplifies Spokane's commitment to community engagement and artistic expression.
