The City of Spokane Valley, in collaboration with the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce, is inviting local businesses to participate in two free workshops scheduled for mid-November. The first workshop, "Learn About the City of Spokane Valley Permit Center and Business Licensing," will be held online on November 19, from 11 a. m. to noon, and will cover essential processes for obtaining city business licenses and permits. Presenters will include city officials who will provide critical insights and answer questions regarding business growth and government contracting options.

The second workshop, "Small Business Resources – Meet the Local Experts," will take place on November 20, from 2-4 p. m. , at the Spokane Valley Library. This event will feature a variety of local organizations and agencies available to assist entrepreneurs with diverse challenges, including business planning and marketing strategies. Attendees will gain access to valuable resources tailored for businesses of all sizes.
