City Launches New Online Mapping Tool

Spokane, WALocal News

Spokane Valley has unveiled Valley Viewer, an innovative online mapping application designed to provide residents with easy access to property information. This Geographic Information System (GIS) tool allows users to search for data by entering an address or parcel number, or by directly interacting with the map. The application features both a basic interface for commonly requested information and an advanced interface that offers a wider array of GIS datasets. Residents can access vital details such as zoning classifications, school districts, fire districts, and utility providers. Notably, Valley Viewer is fully responsive, allowing users to access the application seamlessly from mobile devices and tablets.

The city staff has developed and will maintain the tool, ensuring that there are no additional costs associated with its implementation. This initiative aims to enhance customer service and community engagement by making property information more accessible. Explore Valley Viewer at SpokaneValleyWA. gov/VV for more information.
