Suspect in Shooting that Took the Life of a 13-year-old Identified

Burkey, 25, has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder, Drive By Shooting, and 2nd Degree Assault, with authorities confirming that this was not a random act. Following his extradition from Missoula, Montana, Burkey is now held at Spokane County Jail. Investigators have established probable cause for his arrest, emphasizing the seriousness of the situation.
