Harmony, 14, known as Michael, is approximately 5'6" and weighs around 115 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. Her younger brother Timothy, 8, is about 3'2" and weighs between 50-60 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes. The pair was last seen near Mission and Napa that morning. Authorities emphasized the urgency of the situation and encouraged anyone with relevant information to reach out via 911 or Crime Check.

Fortunately, an update confirmed that both children have been safely located and reunited with their family.
