Key initiatives include the Pines Road/BNSF Grade Separation Project, which will separate a railroad crossing to reduce accidents while also constructing a roundabout and trailhead for better accessibility. The Sprague Stormwater and Multi-Modal Improvements Project aims to retrofit existing stormwater systems and enhance traffic signals, improving pedestrian and transit access along E. Sprague Avenue. The Flora Cross Country Park project will create a competitive racecourse with facilities, boosting recreational opportunities.
