The incident occurred shortly after midnight at the intersection of 2nd and Wall, where witnesses reported hearing a loud bang. Upon arrival, officers found that the victim had already been transported to Harborview Medical Center due to the extent of his injuries. Investigators collected security photos of the suspect vehicle during a canvass of the area. The SPD Major Crimes Unit is actively seeking assistance from the community to identify the suspects involved in this dangerous act.
