Spokane Police arrested 45-year-old Justin McDowell on November 7 for committing two armed robberies in the city. The first incident occurred on November 2 at a marijuana retail store on South Lewis Street, where he stole cash while armed with a shotgun and wearing a Halloween mask. Investigators identified the suspect through video evidence and witness interviews, leading to McDowell's identification. On November 7, a second armed robbery took place at a gaming store on East Holland Avenue, showcasing similar tactics, including the use of a Halloween mask and shotgun. Authorities located McDowell in the 2900 block of East Broad the same evening and recovered evidence linked to the crimes.

He was booked into Spokane County Jail for two counts of 1st Degree Robbery and is currently held on a $50,000 bond.
