City Details Veterans Day Schedule

Spokane will suspend payment for on-street parking meters and kiosks on Veterans Day, Nov. 11, while emphasizing that all parking rules, including time limits, still apply. Garbage, recycling, and yard waste collections will continue on their regular schedule, and the Waste to Energy Facility will remain open. Riverfront Park will provide free Looff Carrousel rides for military members and their families, honoring their service. Despite the holiday, Spokane 311 will be available for customer service inquiries in-person, by phone, and online at www.

spokane311. org. The Spokane Public Library branches and the Spokane Municipal Court will be closed for Veterans Day. The Development Services Center will have employees on hand to assist the public. This observance reflects Spokane's commitment to recognizing the contributions of military personnel.

Residents are encouraged to utilize available services while adhering to holiday schedules.
