City Details Veterans Day Schedule

Spokane, WALocal News

Spokane will suspend payment requirements for on-street parking meters and kiosks on Veterans Day, Nov. 11. The city will maintain its regular schedule for garbage, recycling, and yard waste collection services. Riverfront Park will offer free Looff Carrousel rides to military members and their families as a gesture of appreciation. However, Spokane Public Library branches and the Municipal Court will be closed for the holiday.

Spokane 311 will ensure customer service is available in person, by phone, or online. Visitors can access the Spokane 311 website 24/7 for requests. Although parking will be free, all existing parking rules, including time limits, will remain in effect.
