Jonathan Mallahan, President of Catholic Charities Housing Ventures, noted that these efforts have reduced the number of people forced to live outdoors. The outreach teams operate from all four Spokane Police Department precincts, ensuring coverage across the city. Spokane 311 will soon launch an outreach reporting feature, allowing citizens to report individuals in need and facilitate real-time assistance.
