Spokane police arrested Katie L. Sims, 34, for vandalizing 16 vehicles at an auto dealership on September 19, resulting in an initial damage estimate of $100,000. The incident began with an argument near the dealership, where witnesses saw Sims throwing rocks at the cars. Surveillance footage captured the event, allowing officers to identify her quickly. The following day, police found Sims in downtown Spokane, wearing the same clothes from the video.
