Female in Custody After an Auto Dealership Has 16 Vehicles Vandalized

Spokane police arrested Katie L. Sims, 34, for vandalizing 16 vehicles at an auto dealership on September 19th, causing estimated damages of $100,000. Officers initially responded to reports of an argument outside the dealership, where Sims began throwing rocks at parked cars.
