Spokane police arrested 34-year-old Katie L. Sims for vandalizing 16 vehicles at an auto dealership on September 19. Surveillance footage helped identify her, leading to her arrest the next day in Downtown Spokane while wearing the same outfit. She was booked into Spokane County Jail for 1st Degree Malicious Mischief.
