Spokane police arrested Katie L. Sims, 34, after she vandalized 16 vehicles at an auto dealership on September 19, causing an estimated $100,000 in damages. The incident began with an argument, during which Sims threw rocks at parked vehicles. Officers obtained a description of Sims from surveillance footage and arrested her the following day as she walked in the Downtown area. She was booked into the Spokane County Jail for 1st Degree Malicious Mischief.
