Female in Custody After an Auto Dealership Has 16 Vehicles Vandalized

On September 19, 2025, Katie L. Sims, 34, was arrested for vandalizing 16 vehicles at an auto dealership in Spokane, causing damages estimated at $100,000. Officers responded to an initial report of an argument, during which Sims threw rocks at the vehicles before fleeing the scene. Security personnel provided surveillance footage that assisted police in identifying her. The following day, officers located Sims in downtown Spokane, wearing the same clothing as depicted in the video.
