Katie L. Sims, 34, was arrested for vandalizing 16 vehicles at an auto dealership in Spokane, resulting in damages exceeding $100,000. Police responded to the dealership on September 19 following reports of an argument, where witnesses reported Sims throwing rocks at the cars. Officers discovered extensive damage to the vehicles and were alerted by security about surveillance footage of the incident. The next day, officers located Sims in downtown Spokane, wearing the same clothes seen in the video.
