Spokane Police Department successfully located missing endangered adult Paxson Matthews, a 33-year-old man. Matthews arrived in Spokane around September 12 and was last seen near 700 North Division. He is legally blind and deaf, has difficulty speaking, and requires medical care for significant mobility issues. Matthews is 5'10", weighs around 125 pounds, and has a large zig-zag scar from ear to ear. The department thanked the community for its assistance in finding him, emphasizing the critical role of public engagement in such situations.
