He was last seen around 700 North Division and is known to frequent the South Hill and Gonzaga areas. Matthews faces significant challenges, including being legally blind and deaf, along with mobility issues that necessitate medical care. His description includes a height of 5'10", weight of approximately 125 pounds, and a large zig-zag scar across his forehead. Community members actively contributed to the search, leading to his recovery.
