Spokane Police Department successfully located Paxson Matthews, a 33-year-old missing endangered adult, after a public appeal for assistance. Matthews arrived in Spokane around September 12th and was last seen near 700 North Division. He has multiple disabilities, including being legally blind and deaf, which heightens concerns for his safety. The police provided a detailed description, noting his 5'10" height, 125-pound weight, brown hair, and blue eyes, as well as a large zig-zag scar from ear to ear. Matthews is known to wear ball caps and carry a brown fanny pack, and he typically wears black dress shoes.
