The results will be discussed during the Finance and Administration Committee meeting on September 22, guiding the council's decision-making. A first reading of the proposed resolution will take place on October 6, with a final reading on October 20.

If the council approves the change, it will be implemented in August 2026. This initiative aims to enhance the legislative process and address community concerns. The council previously deferred the discussion to allow time for public feedback.
