Spokane Police Department confirmed the safe return of missing endangered adult Paxson Matthews, a 33-year-old male. Matthews was last seen near 700 North Division after arriving in Spokane around September 12. He is legally blind and deaf, has difficulty speaking, and has significant mobility issues, requiring ongoing medical attention. Community members aided in locating him, prompting SPD to express gratitude for their support. Matthews has a distinctive zig-zag scar from ear to ear and is known to wear ball caps.

He is approximately 5'10", weighs around 125 pounds, and carries a brown fanny pack. His disappearance raised concerns due to his disabilities, highlighting the importance of community vigilance in such cases. SPD continues to encourage the public to report any missing persons to ensure their safety.
