Rockwood Blvd. will close to all traffic from Sept. 15 to 17 for critical upgrades to water, sewer, and stormwater systems. This construction is part of a larger initiative to rehabilitate the pavement and redesign the intersection with Cowley St. and 10th Ave.

, expected to complete by mid-October. From Sept. 22 to 24, N. Ash St. will experience significant lane reductions, merging from three lanes to one, causing potential congestion.

Local access will be maintained, but pedestrians may need to navigate sidewalk detours. Officials recommend using alternative routes and adjusting travel times to reduce delays during peak hours.
