Spokane's road construction projects will create significant traffic disruptions. Southbound Ash St. will reduce to one lane from Sept. 22-24, causing slowdowns between W. Indiana Ave.

and W. Maxwell Ave. , with lane reductions expected to impact eastbound Northwest Blvd. Additionally, Rockwood Blvd. will close completely from Sept.

15-17 for vital water, sewer, and stormwater system work, particularly affecting the area near Sacred Heart Medical Center. The project also includes pavement rehabilitation and intersection redesign, expected to complete by mid-October. Local access remains available, but pedestrians may face detours.
