The Spokane Fire Department responded to the fire on August 3, 2025, at approximately 2:00 PM. Investigators later reported that video footage showed three young males, likely juveniles, setting the fire. The first suspect wore gray shorts and a dark t-shirt, while the second donned Adidas-style pants and a yellow t-shirt. The third suspect was seen in plaid shorts and a black top with red accents.
