The male suspect, Sergio Orduno-Gallegos, 31, was inside the apartment despite a No Contact Order prohibiting him from contacting the victim. In response, police deployed multiple units, including SWAT, Hostage Negotiators, and Air Support, due to fears for two small children believed to be with Gallegos.
