Rockwood Blvd. Construction Near Hospital

Spokane's Rockwood Boulevard will undergo significant construction starting Tuesday, Sept. 2, affecting traffic and parking near Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center. The project includes pavement rehabilitation, utility upgrades, and redesigning the intersection at Cowley Street and 10th Avenue. Outdated water main pipes will be replaced, and sewer infrastructure will be repaired. Condensed traffic flow will occur on Rockwood Blvd.

, with no metered parking available on 9th Ave. or Rockwood Blvd. between Grand Blvd. and Cowley St. Pedestrian access may be redirected, but local access will be maintained.
